Welcome to Breeze Africa Adventures. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Booking and Payments
Reservation Confirmation:
To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% is required. Full payment must be completed 14 days before the start of the tour.
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. Any bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
Late Bookings:
Bookings made within 14 days of the departure date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client:
- More than 30 Days: 100% of the deposit is refundable.
- Less than 14 Days: 40% of the deposit is refundable.
- Less than 7 Days: No refund.
Cancellation by Breeze Africa Adventures:
In rare circumstances where we must cancel a tour, a full refund or an alternative tour will be offered.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive on the agreed date or location will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Changes to Itineraries
By the Client:
Requests for changes must be made in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional costs may apply.
By Breeze Africa Adventures:
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or park regulations.
Travel Insurance
All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, personal accidents, and loss of property. Breeze Africa Adventures is not liable for any damages or losses not covered by insurance.
Health and Fitness
Clients must ensure they are in good health and physically fit for the activities booked. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Liability
Breeze Africa Adventures is not liable for:
- Injuries, illness, or accidents during the tour.
- Delays, cancellations, or missed services caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, lodges, etc.).
We are committed to ensuring your safety and satisfaction, but participation in tours is at your own risk.
Travel Documents
Clients must hold a valid passport (with at least six months’ validity) and obtain the necessary visas before travel. Breeze Africa Adventures is not responsible for denied entry due to incorrect or incomplete travel documents.
Wildlife Encounters
While we strive to provide incredible wildlife experiences, sightings are not guaranteed due to the unpredictable nature of wildlife.
Force Majeure
Breeze Africa Adventures is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or airline disruptions.
Complaints
Any complaints must be raised with your guide or contact person during the tour. If unresolved, please send a written report to info@breeze-adventures.com within 14 days of the tour’s conclusion.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
